Applying for An N.A.T.A. Award - John Frantz   K3TMD

Get the Correct Application Form

• In the top menu click on the “QSL’s & AWARDS” tab
• Click on “Awards Application Forms”
• Click on “Application Form” for the appropriate award.  The Award Application Form appears as a PDF form in a new window
• Save a copy of the blank form
• Give the file a name and save it to the Desktop as a .pdf file
• Minimize your browser

COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM

• Open the .pdf file saved to the Desktop
• Type in your data being careful to enter ALL data requested
• “X” out of the program.. The program will ask if you want to save the changes.  Answer ‘Yes”.
• Note: I use Foxit Reader for .pdf files.  This may not work with Adobe Reader.

SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED AWARD APPLICATION

• Click on the “QSL’s & AWARDS” tab
• Click on “Submit Award Application”
• Click on “Awards Application Submission”
• Click on “Submit an Award Application”
• Enter the appropriate data
• Put the Capcha data in Capcha area and click “Send”

RETRIEVE YOUR AWARD!

After 48 hours, come back to the N.A.T.A. website and follow these steps:

• Click on the “QSL’s & AWARDS” tab
• Click on “Retrieve Earned Award”
• Click on “Retrieve Earned Award Certificates"
• Look for your name and callsign and click on that link to download your award!
